Role categories
Every employee belongs to one role category. Items can optionally be restricted so only certain roles are allowed to check them out — useful for gear that needs training or lead approval.

Name & logo
Shown in the sidebar, on the sign-in page and in the browser tab. Until you set these, the app uses a generic placeholder name and logo.
Created this venue by mistake?
Meant to join an existing venue instead? Ask its admin for a join code, then use it here. Your new venue is deleted and you wait for the admin's approval. This only works while the venue is still empty: just you, with nothing added yet.

Copies items, employees, roles, locations, shows and call lists into the cloud. Safe to run again: anything already imported is left alone. Imported employees get no login or page access until you set them on the Employees page.
